Frequently Asked Questions

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days and have them delivered within 5 working days. If you have not received your order after this period please use the online form to contact us.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible, either using the online form or by emailing support@troveshopping.com. If your order has already been dispatched then you need to either refuse delivery or return the unused item.
If you change your mind within the first 7 days about an order which is in unused condition and in its original packaging, you can email us at support@troveshopping.com to get a Collect+ freepost returns label. Please note: the top half of the packing slip must be included with your return for identification of your order; without this there may be significant delays.
Refunds for orders from the Tesco Direct marketplace are processed by Tesco. Once an item has been returned to our warehouse you should receive your refund within 5 working days.
To ensure your refund is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible, please retain your receipt from the Collect+ store as this will help us trace the item if it has not been received at our warehouse. If an item is being returned as faulty, it will need to be tested, so there might be a delay in processing the replacement or refund. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact us using the online form or by emailing support@troveshopping.com.
Please note that we can only accept non-faulty returns which are received within 7 days of the order date. If your order is received outside of this period, there will be a delay in fulfilling your request as we need to hear from you regarding the reason for return. If your item is faulty then please use the online form to provide us details of the fault and we will then contact you.
